Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via UPS will usually go out same day if the order is placed prior to 2:00 pm PST any orders after 2:00 pm will be shipping the following day. If there are increased handling and shipping times order may take longer to ship out in rare occasions. Please allow at least 24 hours for shipping.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to the address listed below, in it’s original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace or refund your purchase price using your original payment method. What about shipping? we’ll split the cost with you. just pay to ship it back and we’ll pay the rest.

All other scenarios are handled on a case by case basis, we will always do our best to help our customers. As for a mistake made on our part, we will cover all costs to resolve it.

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don’t have an item that you have ordered in stock, we’ll notify you by email immediately.  Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock, so we must cancel the item. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item or any taxes, shipping or handling charges.
